Expected Delivery Delays
Due to the high volume of orders during the Black Friday period, we are currently experiencing delays in our delivery schedule. Please expect an estimated delay of 5-7 business days for your orders to arrive. We are doing everything in our power to minimize these delays and ensure that your products reach you promptly.
How to Track Your Order
We understand that knowing the status of your order is important. Here’s how you can track your order with Hairhouse Warehouse:
- Order Status Update: Once your order has been consigned, you will receive an email notification indicating that your order status has changed to "Complete."
- Tracking Information Email: Every completed order is accompanied by an email containing your tracking information. If you do not see this email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk mail folders.
- Online Tracking: If you have a Hairhouse Warehouse account, you can easily track your order online. Simply log in to your account, navigate to the account dashboard, and click on the "Orders" tab to view the status of your order.
- Using the Waybill Number: The tracking email will include a waybill number. You can use this number to track your order by visiting RAM's website.
