Order Modification and Cancellation Policy at Hairhouse Warehouse
At Hairhouse Warehouse, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible. We understand that sometimes changes to orders are necessary. However, once an order is paid for, no changes or alterations can be made to the selected products or quantities. If adjustments are necessary, the existing order must be cancelled, and a new order must be placed with the correct items and quantities.
Order Cancellation and Replacement Process
The process of cancelling and replacing an order is contingent upon the chosen payment method. Below, we outline the procedures for different payment methods to ensure a seamless experience:
Debit/Credit Card or Instant EFT Orders
- Order Cancellation: To change an order, it must first be cancelled.
- In-Store Credit Issuance: Upon cancellation, an in-store credit equivalent to the order amount will be issued. This credit will be added to your online account, and you will be notified via email once it is processed.
- Placing a New Order: You can then place a new order using the in-store credit. The system will automatically calculate the new total, and you will either be left with a remaining store credit or be prompted to make an additional payment online.
Manual EFT Orders
- Pending Payment: If payment hasn't been made, you can proceed to place a new order while the existing order remains as a pending payment order. Alternatively, you can log into your account, navigate to "My Account," then "Orders," and click "Cancel" on the order.
- Completed Payment: If payment has been completed, the order can only be cancelled after the payment is confirmed in our account. Please note that EFT payments can take between 24 to 48 business hours to reflect. We receive one batch of settlement transactions daily; if the payment was made after we receive that day's transaction, it will only be confirmed on the next day's settlement transaction list.
- In-Store Credit Issuance: Once confirmed, an in-store credit will be issued, allowing you to place a new order. The system will automatically calculate the new total, and you will either be left with a remaining store credit or be prompted to make an additional payment online.
- Processing Time: Please be aware that this process may take 24 to 48 business hours, depending on the EFT clearing time frame.
