Accessing Your Order Information
To view the status of your order, follow these simple steps:
- Login to Your Account: Visit Hairhouse Warehouse and log in to your account using your credentials.
- Navigate to "Orders": Once logged in, go to the "Orders" section. Here, you will find a comprehensive list of all your orders along with their current statuses.
Understanding Order Statuses
Each order status provides specific information about where your order is in the processing cycle. Below is a breakdown of what each status means:
- New Order: This indicates that we have received your order and payment. Your order is now in the queue for processing.
- Processing: Your order is being prepared in our warehouse. This includes picking, packing, and preparing your items for shipment.
- Completed: Your order has been processed and is now with RAM Couriers for delivery. You will receive an email with tracking details shortly.
- On Hold: This status is generally applicable if you selected the Manual EFT payment method during checkout. We are awaiting the clearance of your EFT payment.
- Pending: We have received your order, but the payment has not yet cleared. Once the payment is confirmed, the status will update.
- Failed: Unfortunately, your payment was unsuccessful or declined. Please check your payment details and try again.
